PT Amaan Electric ("Amaan Electric", "we", "us", or "our") is a subsidiary of PT Amaan Life Solutions, established in 2026 as a provider and distributor of modern electric vehicle (EV) technology in Indonesia. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, distribution services, customer support channels, and any related digital platforms. Who We Are & Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by PT Amaan Electric in the course of its business activities, including the sale and distribution of electric vehicles and EV technology, after-sales support, warranty management, payment processing, and website usage.

We act as the Personal Data Controller (Pengendali Data Pribadi) as defined under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2023 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, or UU PDP). We are committed to processing your personal data lawfully, transparently, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 17 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with UU PDP provisions on data subject eligibility.
