3. Battery Swap Service

3.1 Service Description

Amaan Electric provides a battery swap service for compatible electric vehicles. Users may exchange a depleted battery for a fully charged battery at any participating Battery Swap Station. The swap process is facilitated through the Platform and is designed to be completed in under two (2) minutes.

3.2 Battery Compatibility

The swap service is available only for electric vehicles and battery types compatible with Amaan Electric's BSS network. Users are solely responsible for confirming compatibility before initiating a swap. Amaan Electric shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or service failure arising from the use of an incompatible battery or vehicle.

3.3 Battery Condition

All batteries provided through the swap service are maintained, tested, and certified by Amaan Electric or its authorized partners. Amaan Electric makes no warranty regarding the state of charge percentage at the time of swap beyond the minimum operational threshold applicable at each station.

3.4 Service Availability

Amaan Electric does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any Battery Swap Station. Stations may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, connectivity disruptions, or force majeure events. Amaan Electric will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime via the Platform.

4. Reservations

4.1 Making a Reservation

Users may reserve a battery slot at a participating BSS through the Platform. A reservation constitutes a confirmed intent to perform a swap at a specified station. Reservations are subject to battery availability at the time of confirmation.

4.2 Reservation Window

A reservation is valid for a limited time window as indicated in the Platform at the time of booking. If a User does not arrive at the designated BSS within the validity window, the reservation may be automatically cancelled. Amaan Electric reserves the right to reallocate the reserved battery slot to another user upon expiry.

4.3 Modification and Cancellation

Users may cancel or modify a reservation through the Platform prior to initiating the swap process at the station. Once the swap process has been initiated, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms for paid reservations are set out in Section 6.

5. Payments & Payment Gateway

Payment Processing Notice: All payment transactions on the Amaan Electric Platform are processed by a licensed third-party Payment Gateway Provider regulated by Bank Indonesia and OJK. By completing a payment, you agree to be bound by the Payment Gateway Provider's applicable terms of service in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Amaan Electric currently accepts the following payment methods via our Payment Gateway Provider:

- Virtual Account (VA) – Unique bank transfer accounts generated per transaction, supporting major Indonesian banks including BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and Permata.

- QRIS – QR code payment compatible with all Bank Indonesia-registered payment applications.

Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Amaan Electric's discretion and will be communicated via the Platform.

5.2 Pricing and Fees

The applicable price for each swap transaction shall be displayed on the Platform prior to payment confirmation. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Amaan Electric reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.

5.3 Payment Processing by Third Party

Our Payment Gateway Provider acts as an independent payment processor. When you make a payment through the Platform:

- Your payment data is transmitted to and processed by the Payment Gateway Provider in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service;

- Amaan Electric does not store, process, or have access to your full payment credentials, card numbers, or bank account details;

- Payment confirmation is subject to the Payment Gateway Provider's processing and verification procedures;

- The Payment Gateway Provider's service is subject to Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations governing licensed payment providers in Indonesia.

5.4 Payment Confirmation

A swap transaction is confirmed only upon receipt of a successful payment notification from the Payment Gateway Provider to the Amaan Electric Platform. Users should retain their payment transaction reference number as proof of payment. Do not proceed to a Battery Swap Station without a confirmed payment status visible in the Platform.

5.5 Virtual Account Payment Instructions

When paying via Virtual Account:

- Each Virtual Account number is unique to a single transaction and has a defined expiry time;

- Payment must be made to the exact amount specified — partial payments are not accepted;

- Transferring to an expired Virtual Account number may result in a delayed or unconfirmed payment. Please refer to Section 7 for failed payment procedures;

- Amaan Electric and the Payment Gateway Provider are not responsible for payments made to incorrect account numbers due to user error.

5.6 QRIS Payment

QRIS payments are processed in real-time. Users must ensure a stable internet connection during QR code scanning. Do not close the application or navigate away until payment confirmation is received from the Platform.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Important: Refund eligibility is determined based on the status of the swap transaction at the time the refund request is received. Refunds are not available for completed swap transactions unless a verifiable service failure caused by Amaan Electric has occurred.

6.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

6.2 How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact our support team at [sales@amaanlife.com](mailto:sales@amaanlife.com) with your payment transaction reference number and a brief description of the issue. Amaan Electric's support team will review the request and respond within 3 (three) working days.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by the Payment Gateway Provider back to the original payment method used. Refund timelines are subject to the Payment Gateway Provider's processing procedures and the policies of the User's respective bank or payment application. Amaan Electric is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or the Payment Gateway Provider's internal processing schedule after the refund has been approved and submitted.

6.4 Refund to Virtual Account

For payments made via Virtual Account, refunds will be transferred to the bank account registered with the originating bank transfer. Users may be required to provide their bank account details to facilitate the refund. This information will be processed securely through our Payment Gateway Provider.

7. Failed and Pending Payments

Do not proceed to a Battery Swap Station based on a pending or unconfirmed payment status. A swap transaction is only valid upon confirmed payment.

7.1 Causes of Payment Failure

A payment may fail or remain in a pending state due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

- Virtual Account number expiry before payment was made;

- Payment Gateway Provider system maintenance or technical disruption.

7.2 Pending Payment Status

If payment status is shown as "Pending" in the Platform for more than 30 (thirty) minutes after completing a transfer, please:

1. Check your bank account or e-wallet to confirm whether the debit was made;

2. Retain your bank transfer receipt or payment application screenshot as proof;

3. Contact Amaan Electric support at [sales@amaanlife.com](mailto:sales@amaanlife.com) with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

Amaan Electric will coordinate with the Payment Gateway Provider to investigate and reconcile any discrepancy. Resolution typically takes 2–5 (two to five) working days.

7.3 Double Debit / Unintended Charges

In the event that a User is charged more than once for the same transaction, the User must report this immediately to Amaan Electric support with full proof of payment. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded in full to the original payment source in accordance with Section 6.3. Amaan Electric shall not be held responsible for double charges originating from the User's bank, payment application, or Payment Gateway Provider outside of a confirmed system error on the Platform.

7.4 No Automatic Retry

Amaan Electric does not automatically retry failed payment transactions. A new transaction must be initiated by the User through the Platform for each swap session. Any expired reservation resulting from a failed payment must be re-created by the User.

7.5 Payment Disputes

For payment disputes relating to transaction processing (e.g., funds debited but not credited, unauthorized transactions), Users may contact Amaan Electric support at [sales@amaanlife.com](mailto:sales@amaanlife.com).
